Smart Midline Catheter

Smart Midline is a single-lumen polyurethane peripheral catheter developed for midline vascular access. It is indicated for the safe administration of antibiotics, fluid replacement, analgesics and various intravenous solutions.

Smart Midline catheters placed with the Seldinger technique are well tolerated in peripheral veins and can remain in the vascular access for up to 29 days. Compatible with CT injections and pressure injection applications (325 psi/7 cc/seconds).

Kit Content

• 21G – 4.5 cm application needle
• Stainless steel straight guide wire (0.018”/0.46 mm)
• J nitinol guidewire (some models)
• Dilator in 4 Fr kits

5 Fr catheters are supplied without accessories and must be used with the MST kit with 5.5 Fr introducer sheath.
