Polysite 2000 ISP
The Micro Port 2000 ISP series is an adult or pediatric venous implantable port with a peelable introducer (5 Fr, 6 Fr, or 7 Fr) that is applied percutaneously.

Two connection options are available: a non-preconnected catheter port in silicone (codes 2005 ISP and 2007 ISP) or polyurethane (codes 2015 ISP and 2016 ISP) and a preconnected catheter port in silicone (codes 2105 ISP and 2107 ISP) or polyurethane (codes 2115 ISP and 2116 ISP).
Each percutaneous Polysite ISP kit; Includes micro port, catheter, connecting rings, Huber needle, vessel lift apparatus, flushing connector, syringe, J guide wire, introducer needle, tunneler and peelable introducer.
It does not contain latex. It does not contain DEHP. It does not contain biological or animal-based products.
