Clarification Text on the Processing of Personal Data Received with Forms

Our company requests some of your personal data (such as name, surname, password, e-mail address, mobile phone number) in order to fulfill its legal obligations arising from the relevant legislation, especially the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, and to carry out the processes.Your personal data will be processed and stored in an environment that is not accessible to everyone, provided that it is not used outside the purposes and scope specified in this PPDL and Clarification Text, based on your explicit consent.

Purpose of Processing Personal Data

T0Personal data within our company will be processed in accordance with the law and honesty rules for the purpose of planning and executing commercial activities, providing information to authorized institutions and organizations arising from the legislation, resolving consumer complaints on issues that are not provided directly by us and that do not fall within our field of expertise, sending commercial electronic messages if you give your explicit consent, planning and executing the necessary audit activities to ensure that the activities are carried out in accordance with our company's procedures and relevant legislation, planning and executing corporate sustainability activities, performing studies to protect the reputation of our company, managing the request and complaint processes, planning and executing corporate governance and communication activities, and in connection with the purpose for which they are processed, limited and measured, and in accordance with the principles of preservation for the period required for the purpose stipulated in the relevant legislation or for which they are processed.. Your personal data may be processed in whole or in part through processes such as obtaining, saving, storing, retaining, changing, rearranging, etc. by automated or non-automated means. The information collected is not shared with third parties without your knowledge or otherwise, and is not used for commercial purposes for any reason other than activity and is not sold.

Transfer of Personal Data

T0The personal data obtained by you may be shared with the Ministry of Commerce, domestic/international/international, public/private institutions and organizations, companies and our company's consultants or solution partners, other group companies, other authorized institutions and organizations, suppliers or subcontractors, persons or organizations permitted by the provisions of the Turkish Commercial Code, other relevant legislation, legally authorized public and/or private legal persons and persons or organizations permitted or required by the provisions of other legislation, upon the request of official authorities, in accordance with the law and honesty rules and the principles of retention for the period of time necessary for the purpose for which they are processed, limited and measured, stipulated in the relevant legislation or required for the purpose for which they are processed.. Your personal data may be transferred to third parties without your explicit consent in accordance with Articles 5 and 8 of the Personal Data Protection Law.

Deletion, Destruction or Anonymization of Personal Data

Pursuant to Article 7 of the PDP Law, personal data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized by our company at the request of you or the personal data owner in the event that the reasons requiring processing are eliminated despite the fact that the personal data has been processed in accordance with the relevant legislation.The procedures and principles regarding this issue shall be fulfilled in accordance with the PPD Law and the Regulation on Deletion, Destruction or Anonymization of Personal Data published in the Official Gazette dated 28.10.2017 and numbered 30224. Personal data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized within 3 months following the date on which our obligation to delete, destroy or anonymize personal data arises.When you request the deletion or destruction of your personal data by contacting our company;

a) If all the conditions for processing personal data have disappeared; the personal data subject to the request is deleted, destroyed or anonymized. Your request will be finalized within 30 days at the latest and you will be informed.

b) If all the conditions for processing personal data have disappeared and the personal data subject to the request has been transferred to third parties, this situation is notified to third parties; it is ensured that the necessary actions are taken within the scope of the regulation.

c) If all the conditions for processing personal data have not disappeared, your request may be rejected by explaining the reason in accordance with the third paragraph of Article 13 of the PPD Law and the rejection response shall be notified to you in writing or electronically within 30 days at the latest.

Your Rights Arising from the Personal Data Protection Law

Customers as personal data owners according to Article 11 of the Law;

• Learning whether his/her personal data is processed,
• Requesting information if his/her personal data is processed,
• Learning the purpose of processing his/her personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
• Knowing the third parties to whom his/her personal data is transferred at home or abroad,
• Requesting correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,
• Requesting deletion, anonymization or destruction of personal data,
• Requesting correction, deletion, anonymization or notification to third parties in case of destruction,
• The person has the right to object to the emergence of a result against him/her by analyzing his/her processed data exclusively through automated systems,
• to claim compensation in case of damage due to unlawful processing of his/her personal data.

Non-personal information is information that you cannot personally identify. This information may be used for any purpose and shared with third parties without consent.
