Expert Single Lumen Umbilical Catheter

Mask Medikal Expert Single Lumen Umbilical Catheteris a radiopaque polyurethane single-lumen umbilical catheter developed to provide venous or arterial access through the umbilical vein in newborn and pediatric patients.

Thanks to AgION™ silver ion technology integrated into the catheter wall, it offers an antimicrobial effect and helps reduce the risk of infection by providing protection on both the inner and outer surfaces. Due to its photoreactive nature, it is presented in a green protective tube.

There are depth markings at centimeter intervals between 4 and 25 cm from the distal end, allowing controlled placement. It can be used for venous access (parenteral nutrition, drug administration) and arterial access (blood gas analysis, arterial pressure measurement).

Arterial and venous use are easily separated with the 3-way tap (Vyclic Color) system with red and blue stoppers.

Available sizes: 2.5 Fr (30 cm), 3.5 Fr, 4 Fr, 5 Fr and 8 Fr (40 cm).
