Polyurethane Umbilical Triple Lumen Catheter

The triple-lumen umbilical catheter is used for short-term catheterization via the umbilical vein when multiple access is required.

Used for TPN administration and drug injection, especially when administration of incompatible drugs or continuous infusion of a drug at a slow rate (e.g. inotropes) is required.

By reducing the number of vascular accesses required, the catheter reduces the need for additional catheter placement and increases the baby's comfort.

Secondary uses include blood sampling, transfusion, and central venous pressure measurement.

The catheter is made of radiopaque polyurethane (PUR) material with markings on every centimeter. It has a soft green distal tip for atraumatic entry. It includes three extension lines with three color-coded lumens.
