AQUACEL® Foam Pro is an advanced foam dressing that combines the comfort of Convatec's silicone foam technology with the advanced exudate management benefits of Hydrofiber® Technology. It is designed to support the healing of chronic and acute wounds.

Advanced Multi-Layered Structure

AQUACEL® Foam Pro creates the ideal microclimate in the wound environment with its multi-layered foam core with Hydrofiber® Technology. It helps maintain skin integrity by effectively managing absorbed wound fluid.

MVTR Controlled Upper Layer

Breathable polyurethane film top layer manages the evaporation of absorbed liquid (MVTR). It also creates a protective barrier against external factors.

Hydrofiber® Technology and Vertical Absorption

Silicone Adhesive Technology

Areas of Use

AQUACEL® Foam Pro can be used as a primary foam dressing for both chronic and acute wounds:

• Moderately exuding and bleeding wounds
• Leg ulcers and pressure ulcers (Stage 2–4)
• Diabetic foot ulcers
• Surgical wounds after surgery
• Secondary healing wounds and donor areas
• Partial thickness burns
• Skin abrasions and tears

Usage Time

The dressing should be changed when deemed clinically necessary or after a maximum of 7 days.
