It is a wound dressing containing skin-friendly hydrocolloid technology to keep you comfortable during body movements and special Hydrofiber® Technology with ionic silver to manage the fluid coming from the surgical incision. The polyurethane film top layer provides a waterproof, viral and bacterial barrier (in cases where there is no leakage and the integrity of the cover is not compromised), thus the product shows high performance. The ionic silver it contains ensures that antimicrobial activity continues for up to fourteen days, as shown in in vitro studies. 1
